Work Location: El Segundo, CA offices.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinating efforts to service existing customers – current customers include [please apply online] [please apply online] [please apply online] OFFICE [please apply online] [please apply online] [please apply online] and [please apply online] the go-to person for technical, data and reporting questions
• Serve as the primary transportation contact for the e-commerce
• Evolve the web analytics implementation to feed and drive the customization of internal dashboards and reports to meet business objectives and manage to best practices standards
• Coordinating and executing promotional campaigns
• Review market trends for pricing opportunities to optimize profits
• Ensure that customer and company online website stores are updated with current product listing and photos.
• Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support Calendar Title selection and identify assortment gaps
• Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
• Coordinating SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to ensure revenue sales
• Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Coordinating Inventory Forecast through Projections
• Recommend best practices to include suggestions on new and innovative ways to grow business by utilizing existing or new marketing tools or materials.
• Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as monthly sales and product sell-through

Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, Economics, Engineering, Finance

Desired skills for ecommerce analyst include:

Ø Work with other IT staff and review business requirements, solution alternatives, and designs and standards compliance

Ø Experience working closely with business partners, dealers, and/or customers

Ø 3+ years of experience in business analysis

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of financial or business planning, forecasting and analysis experience

Ø Experience/understanding of the Ecommerce business a plus

Ø Communication skills

Ø MS Excel - Technical skills in Excel and SQL for data manipulation, extraction, and analysis huge plus. Expert experience working in excel (v-lookup, pivot tables, sumif)

Ø Team player, positive work ethic, great attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
